DIGITAL ECONOMY, MARKETING AND E-COMMERCE
A graduate of the Digital Economy, Marketing and E-commerce field of study is equipped with the knowledge and skills enabling effective performance of managerial functions in the modern economy, operating in a digital environment and using the tools of E-commerce. In the framework of the study, emphasis is placed not only on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, but also on the ability to work independently with professional and data sources, the ability to deduce and formulate own conclusions and opinions, apply theoretical knowledge to solve individual tasks and the ability to generalize knowledge based on case studies.
Specifically, the graduate is equipped with knowledge, skills and methodological competencies in the areas of management and management, organization economics, marketing, project and strategic management.
Syllabus
In this Management in Digital Economics, Marketing and E-commerce of the MBA degree program, the student is required to complete a total of five subjects. These include four fixed compulsory thematic modules that are the same for all specializations. Additionally, there is one specialized thematic module. Thematic modules
The student will acquire the basic theoretical and practical starting points for the performance of managerial functions and also knowledge of methods and techniques of managerial work, both in terms of interpersonal relations and in relation to oneself.
In this study module, attention is paid to the fundamentals of managerial economics, the issue of property and capital structure of a company; costs, revenues and profit; financial management and accounting fundamentals.
The study module offers a theoretical and methodological basis of the topic of marketing management, with emphasis on the importance of the customer, marketing mix and brand. Students will learn the specifics of marketing research.
The student will be able to acquire the knowledge necessary for effective project management, which are further demonstrated in the study module in case studies of specific projects.
The subject explores the impact of digital technologies on modern business practices. It delves into the strategies of leveraging digital channels for marketing, understanding the dynamics of e-commerce, and navigating the ever-evolving landscape of the digital economy.
Graduation conditions
Successful graduation from the program is contingent upon meeting specific conditions. These conditions are interconnected with the completion of study module requirements, as well as the preparation and presentation of an MBA Thesis.

Students must complete all five thematic study modules. Four of these modules are essential components of the Master of Business Administration program, providing a comprehensive foundation of knowledge. The fifth module is individually chosen by each student based on their specialization, preferences, and objectives.

This includes uploading all seminar papers for each study module into the student section and receiving a positive evaluation from the lecturer.

The supervisor will provide assistance throughout the thesis preparation process, ensuring that you receive the necessary guidance to develop a comprehensive and well-researched document. The Faculty will carefully assign a supervisor with expertise and knowledge in the specific area of your chosen MBA Thesis topic.

The thesis defense is conducted through the study section. To successfully defend the thesis, student must receive two positive evaluations from the lectors at FVES. Students are required to upload the final thesis in PDF format into the study system.
